テクニカルソリューションエグゼクティブ(Tech SE)は、担当営業(NASE)と連携し、アカウントの技術的な関係と戦略を担当することで、収益目標を達成します。 Tech SEは、適切なセールスメソッド(TAS、SSN、STRATEGYなど)、深い業界と技術のバックグラウンドを組み合わせ、NASEのセールスイニシアチブに合わせて技術的なアカウント戦略を定義し推進し、Autodesk内での顧客の代弁者として役割します。これには、セールス、カスタマーサクセス、コンサルティング、マーケティングと密接に連携し、顧客の環境、課題、および要件を明確に理解することが含まれます。 Tech SEは、顧客のビジネスイニシアチブと技術的な目標をAutodeskのビジョン、ミッション、および戦略に合わせて調整することで、顧客との長期的なパートナーシップを築きます。3Dデザイン、エンジニアリング、エンターテインメントソフトウェアの世界的リーダーであるAutodeskは、顧客がアイデアをデジタルでデザイン、視覚化、シミュレートするための最も包括的な製品ポートフォリオを提供しています。

業務内容
テクニカルアカウントプランの開発と管理:
担当営業(NASE)と協力して、ビジネスを締結するためのテクニカルアカウントプランを策定し、戦略/戦術を実行します。Autodesk社の標準的なセールス手法を使用して、技術的なクロージャーを確実にし、セールス戦略との整合性を図ります。
顧客関係の管理:
顧客のビジネスプロセス、ワークフロー、および技術要件に関する必要な知識を開発し、「信頼できるアドバイザー」としての関係を築きます。専門分野内でのビジネスプロセス、技術トレンド、ワークフローに関する包括的な知識を維持し、Autodeskの現行および新しいソリューションの価値を位置付けるために必要な洞察とガイダンスを提供します。
テクニカルディスカバリーおよびソリューションの適合:
テクニカルディスカバリーを管理します。営業機会のために要件定義、スコープドキュメント、ユーザーニーズの調査、プロセス評価、およびプロジェクト評価の策定においてリーダーシップとガイダンスを提供します。Autodeskのソフトウェア、アプリケーション、およびサービスを他のリソースと組み合わせて活用し、顧客のビジネス内で技術的、財政的、スケジュールの制約を満たす革新的なソリューションを開発します。
顧客クロージャー:

内部リーダーシップ:

最低限の資格要件
製造、エンジニアリング、プラントまたは関連する業界での学士号

Position Overview
The Technical Solution Executive (Tech SE) reports to the Senior Technical Solutions Manager and partners with the Named Account Sales Executive (NASE) to lead revenue objectives by overseeing the technical relationship and strategy for the account.
You will foster long-term partnerships with customers by aligning the customer's business initiatives and technical goals with Autodesk's vision, mission, and strategy.
We are in need of a TechSE who has experience in the manufacturing and plant industry in particular.Responsibilities
Technical Account Plan Development and Management: You will with Named Account Sales Executives develops technical account plan and implement strategy for closing business.
Customer Relationship Management:
You will develop required level of knowledge of our customers' business process, workflows, and technical requirements to build "trusted advisor" relationships with customers.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the business processes, technology trends, and workflows, within their domain of expertise, to provide insight and guidance required to position the value of current and new Autodesk solutionsTechnical Discovery & Solution Fit:
Manages technical discovery.
You will provide guidance in the formulation of requirements definitions, scope documents, user needs studies, process assessments and project assessments for sales opportunities.
Use Autodesk software and services together with other resources to develop solutions that satisfy technical, fiscal and schedule constraints within the customers businessCustomer Closure:
Responsible for aligning with main customer partners to secure business and technical closure of the proposed solution. Manage technical evaluations, define solution architecture, facilitate product demonstrations, "pilot" projects. Provide technical validation and assess feasibility, correctness and completeness of proposed solutions; apply best practices in solving business problems. Assess and direct customers regarding strategic product issues involving license deployment, licensing structures and license management to maximize customer satisfaction and product revenue
Collaboration:
Develops trusted working relationships with the sales team and adjacent partners.
Partner with teams (sales management, Customer Success, consulting, development, and technical sales) to acquire the correct talent/resource for individual sales opportunities.
Oversee and guide these resources to outlined account objective to, ensure customer satisfaction and business closureInternal Leadership:
Shares best practices, competitive information, innovation, and expertise within the sales organization, product divisions, and technical sales organization. Interacts and communicates with the various teams of Autodesk to ensure that needs are met. Provide answers and knowledge share technical product and integration information about Autodesk or competitor products
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, plant or related industry
At least 10 years of practical experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Plant industry. Engineering/Design experience.
Understand goals in Engineering firms and maintain knowledge of future trends
Project Design lifecycle - Understands the process of RFP, conceptual design, computational design methodologies, design development, Q&A, contract documents, construction administration, hand over, and O&M
Project estimation - Understands the estimation workflow using both 3D and 2D documentation together with estimating systems
Experience in Strategic planning of long term specific goals with specific needs
Experience deploying new and inspiring technology into a workforce to inspire creativity, and efficiency.
Understanding of IT, and digital practice needs and pains
Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects - including comfort in front of large audiences
Sales methodology or technical sales experience
Experience conducting business activities in English
