職務内容


  • SAPプロジェクトの全体管理
    計画策定、スケジュール管理、予算管理を含むプロジェクトのエンドツーエンド管理
  • ステークホルダーとの調整
    経営層、業務部門、ITチーム、ベンダーとの円滑なコミュニケーションと調整
  • 要件定義・Fit/Gap分析の推進
    ビジネス要件の整理、標準機能との適合性評価、追加要件の特定
  • プロジェクトガバナンスの確立
    品質管理、リスク管理、課題管理、変更管理の実施
  • 移行計画・テスト計画・カットオーバー計画の策定と実行
    データ移行、統合テスト、ユーザー受入テスト、Go-Live準備のリード
  • プロジェクト報告書・経営層向け資料の作成
    進捗報告、リスク分析、意思決定支援資料の作成
  • チームマネジメント
    プロジェクトメンバーのタスク管理、進捗フォロー、モチベーション維持
  • ベンダーマネジメント
    外部パートナーとの契約管理、成果物レビュー、品質保証

    必須条件


  • SAP導入プロジェクト管理経験 5年以上
  • S/4HANAまたはECCに関する知識・経験
  • プロジェクトマネジメントスキル(PMBOK、アジャイル、ウォーターフォール)
  • 日本語・英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力(会議・資料作成・交渉)
  • 大規模プロジェクトにおける計画策定、予算管理、リスク管理の実務経験
  • ステークホルダーとの折衝・調整能力(経営層含む)

  • 自動車業界におけるSAP導入プロジェクト経験
  • グローバルプロジェクトでのリード経験(海外拠点との協業)
  • SAP認定資格(例:SAP Certified Application Associate)
  • ITIL、PMPなどのプロジェクト管理関連資格
  • AMS(Application Management Services)や運用保守フェーズの経験
  • クラウド環境(RISE with SAP、Azure、AWS)での導入経験

    • Requirements



    Must


    ・ Minimum 5 years of experience in managing SAP implementation projects
    ・ Knowledge and experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC
    ・ Strong project management skills (PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall)
    ・ Business-level communication skills in both Japanese and English (meetings, documentation, negotiation)
    ・ Hands-on experience in planning, budgeting, and risk management for large-scale projects
    ・ Ability to manage and coordinate stakeholders, including executive-level contacts

    Nice to have


    ・ Experience in SAP implementation projects within the automotive industry
    ・ Leadership experience in global projects involving overseas collaboration
    ・ SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)
    ・ Project management-related certifications such as ITIL or PMP
    ・ Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) or post-go-live support phases
    ・ Experience with cloud environments (RISE with SAP, Azure, AWS)
