<プログラム内容>

・イオン北海道が展開する多様な事業(GMS、食品スーパー、ディスカウントストア、EC事業など)の構造を解説します。

・売上高の81.8%を占める食品部門の重要性と、地域インフラとしての役割について理解を深めていただきます。

  • グループワーク「実践マーケティング戦略体験」

・当社の社員が日々業務の中で実践している「計画業務の考え方」を体験します。

・今回は、会社の売上の核である「食」に特化し、実践的なマーケティング体験を行います。

・季節や社会情勢に応じた商品の検討・選定、4P分析を用いた売場づくり戦略(商品、場所、価格、販売促進)

・農産、水産、畜産などの部門を題材に、チームで討議・発表を行います。

  • 店舗経験者による質疑応答&フィードバック会

・グループ発表に対して、店舗勤務経験のある人事担当社員より、現場の視点に基づいた具体的なフィードバックをします。

・ ワーク内容、業界・会社のこと、仕事のリアル、就職活動のことなど、NGなしで何でも聞いていただけます
