主な業務内容:
財務戦略と分析

• 年間予算の策定、予測、キャッシュフロー管理
• 月次・年次決算および財務報告書の統括
• KPI分析、収益性向上施策の立案および提案

内部統制およびコンプライアンス

• 内部統制の整備・運用・監査対応
• 会計基準、法令、ブランド基準に基づく運用
• 内部監査・外部監査・オーナー監査への対応

ステークホルダー対応

• オーナー・IHG・監査法人・金融関連機関との調整・報告
• 経営陣およびエグゼクティブチームへの財務分析と意思決定支援

チームマネジメントとオペレーション改善

• 財務チームのマネジメント、育成、業務品質向上
• プロセス改善、効率化、リスク管理の強化
• ホテル事業計画に基づく財務戦略の実行

求める経験とスキル:

• 財務・会計領域での実務経験
• ホテル業界または外資系企業での財務管理経験があれば尚可
• 予算策定、決算、内部統制に関する知識および実務経験
• チームマネジメント経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語(必須)
• 英語スキルがあれば尚可
• 分析力、戦略的視点、調整能力のいずれにも強みを持つ方

勤務条件・待遇:
雇用形態: 正社員(試用期間あり)

InterContinental Sapporo and Holiday Inn Kyoto are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to oversee financial operations across a cluster structure. As a senior leadership role within IHG's luxury and mainstream brands, this position will drive financial strategy, operational performance, and long-term business planning in alignment with both brand and ownership expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end/year-end closing, and cash flow management
• Provide KPI analysis and performance insights to support executive decision-making
• Develop financial initiatives that improve profitability and operational efficiency

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting standards, local regulations, and IHG brand policies
• Manage internal and external audit processes
• Oversee risk management, compliance, and financial reporting integrity

Stakeholder & Ownership Relations

• Act as primary financial liaison for hotel ownership, auditors, financial institutions, and government agencies
• Present financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the General Manager and Executive Committee
• Support business plans, capital planning, and asset optimization

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance & Business Support team
• Ensure accuracy, productivity, and process optimization within financial operations
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with operational departments to align business outcomes

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven financial management experience (hospitality experience preferred but not required)
• Hands-on expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Prior team leadership experience within finance or accounting
• Strong analytical, strategic, and business partnering capabilities
• Japanese language proficiency required (business level)
• English proficiency advantageous (business communication)

Employment Details & Compensation
Employment Type: Full-time (with probation period)

Working Hours: 8 hours per day (1-hour break), shift-based / 10 days off per month

Days Off & Leave: 10 days off per month, paid vacation, birthday leave

Bonuses: Available

Salary Increase: Available

Transportation: Fully reimbursed (up to JPY 40,000/month)
