As Director of Operations, you will play a key role in leading the hotel's operational strategy during its pre-opening phase and beyond. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other operating departments to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery. Your leadership will shape the guest experience, foster team engagement, and bring the Hyatt Centric brand to life through authentic and connected hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational strategies for the hotel's pre-opening and post-opening phases
• Oversee Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and other operating departments to ensure alignment and excellence
• Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on collaboration, accountability, and guest satisfaction
• Partner with Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources to support overall business goals
• Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and service culture across all touchpoints
• Monitor operational performance, guest feedback, and financial metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of care, innovation, and inclusion throughout the hotel

オペレーション統括部長として、開業準備からその後の運営まで、ホテルのオペレーション戦略を統括します。総支配人に直接レポートしながら、宿泊部門、料飲部門、エンジニアリングなどの運営部門を横断的に管理し、チームの連携とサービス品質の向上を図ります。ゲスト体験の設計、チームの育成、ブランドの体現を通じて、ハイアットセントリック札幌の個性を市場に定着させます。

主な業務内容

• ホテル開業前および開業後の運営戦略の立案と実行
• 宿泊部門、料飲部門、エンジニアリングなどの運営部門の統括と連携強化
• 協働・責任・ゲスト満足を重視した高パフォーマンスなチームの構築・育成
• セールス&マーケティング、財務、人事など他部門との連携による事業目標の支援
• ブランド基準とサービス文化の一貫した提供
• 運営実績、ゲストの声、財務指標の分析による継続的な改善

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Director or Assistant Director of Operations in a lifestyle or luxury hotel
• Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results
• Fluency in Japanese and English

• ライフスタイルまたはラグジュアリーホテルにおける宿泊部長 または料飲部長としての実務経験(最低 2 年)
• ホテルの開業準備経験があれば尚可
• 優れたリーダーシップ、コミュニケーション能力、戦略的思考力
• 部門横断的なチーム管理と成果創出の実績
• 日本語と英語の流暢な会話・読み書き能力
