As Director of Sales, you will lead the hotel's sales strategy from pre-opening through ongoing operations. You'll build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and local partners, positioning the hotel as a top destination for business and leisure travelers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategy for pre-opening and ongoing operations
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel partners
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Recruit, train, and develop the Sales team
  • Promote a culture of care, performance, and innovation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales leadership role in a lifestyle or luxury hotel
  • Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
