As Assistant Director of Rooms, you will support the operational leadership of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. You'll help ensure seamless service delivery, team engagement, and a guest experience that reflects the Hyatt Centric brand—authentic, connected, and inclusive.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Rooms Division strategy and operations for pre-opening and daily service
- Assist in managing Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand standards and guest satisfaction
- Monitor operational KPIs and guest feedback
- Recruit, train, and develop Rooms Division team members
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest journey
- Promote a culture of care, inclusion, and continuous improvement

- 開業準備および宿泊部門の戦略・運営支援
- フロントオフィス、ハウスキーピング、ゲストサービスの管理補佐

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Rooms Division leadership role in a lifestyle or luxury hotel
- Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
- Fluency in Japanese and English
