Revenue Managerは、Accorのグローバル基準および日本市場の特性を踏まえ、客室収益の最大化を目的とした料金・在庫・販売戦略の立案および実行を担います。

主な業務内容

  • 需要予測に基づく客室料金戦略の策定・管理

  • 稼働率、ADR、RevPAR 等のKPI分析・管理

  • OTA、公式サイト、ALL会員向け料金の在庫・販売管理

  • 競合ホテルおよび市場動向の分析

  • セールス・マーケティング・オペレーション各部門との連携

  • 団体・法人案件の収益性分析(ディスプレイスメント分析)

  • 定期的なレベニューレポートおよび予測の作成

The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing hotel room revenue by developing and executing effective pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies in line with Accor's global standards and the Japanese market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage room pricing strategies based on demand forecasting and market analysis

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, RGI)

  • Manage inventory and distribution across all channels (OTA, brand website, ALL loyalty program)

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams on revenue optimization

  • Analyze group and corporate business, including displacement analysis

  • Prepare regular revenue reports and forecasts for local management and Accor regional offices

資格

  • ホテル業界におけるレベニューマネジメントまたは関連業務の経験

  • データ分析力(Excel必須)

  • 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル

  • PMS/RMS(Opera等)の使用経験があれば尚可

  • 外資系ホテルでの勤務経験歓迎

Requirements

  • Experience in Revenue Management within the hotel industry

  • Strong analytical and Excel skills

  • Business-level Japanese and English communication skills

  • Experience with PMS/RMS systems (e.g. Opera) preferred

  • Experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage
