【職務内容】
「エンジニアが工夫する=お客様が喜ぶ=エンジニアが評価される」

本ポジションでは、自社サービス群の開発プロジェクトにおいて、
マネジメントポジションとして、プロジェクト全体の推進とチーム運営をお任せします。
単に企画書や仕様書通りに作るのではなく、
ユーザーに喜ばれる体験をどう実現するかを、事業側・エンジニア双方の視点で設計し、
チームをリードしながらプロダクトを成長させていく役割です。
■具体的な業務内容(PM/PL共通)
- 自社サービス開発プロジェクトの推進(企画~要件定義~リリースまでの一連のマネジメント)
- スケジュール・リソース・品質・コストのバランスを踏まえたプロジェクト計画の策定・管理
- PM/PdM/デザイナー/ビジネスサイドとの要件調整・優先順位付け
- 開発チームの進行管理(タスク整理・課題管理・リスクコントロール)
- コードレビュー・設計レビューのファシリテーション(技術判断はテックリードと連携)
- 開発プロセス改善(チケット運用・見積もり方法・振り返りの仕組み化など)
- メンバーの育成・目標設定サポート(プレイングマネージャーとしての関わりも歓迎)

- Webアプリケーション開発の実務経験(目安:3年以上)
└ 言語例:PHP/Java/C#/JavaScript など
- 小~中規模プロジェクトにおけるリーダー経験
└ サブリーダー・テックリードとしての進行管理経験も歓迎
- 要件定義~テストまで、一連の開発工程の理解
- 開発メンバー・ビジネスサイド双方とのコミュニケーション力
【給与】
年収600~1000万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
