・ゲーム開発で必要なツール制作・保守

・業務効率化のためのツール制作・保守

・新規プロジェクトにおいてゲームクオリティ向上のための提案・技術研究

応募資格

・C++/Python/C#を使用したツール作成経験

・自発的に問題を発見し、提案、解決する姿勢と能力

あると望ましい経験等(必須ではありません)

・据え置きコンシューマー機もしくはPCでの3Dゲーム開発経験

・下記システムのいずれかの開発経験

-キャラクターアニメーションシステム

-RPGにおけるイベント制御システム(フラグ管理、会話など)

-ファイルロード管理周り、アセット管理周り

-ミドルウェアやドライバのタイトルへのインテグレート(組み込み)

-新しいプロジェクトの仕様の実験・検証経験

【勤務時間】
10:00 ー 18:45もしくは裁量労働制

※勤務時間は始業時間10:00を基本として、個人の裁量に委ねられます。

年俸制、業績インセンティブ制度有り

Work Description

・Constructing, maintaining, and optimizing game development environment

・Producing and maintaining tools as needed for game development

・Producing and maintaining tools for work productivity and efficiency

・Research and development for game quality improvements on new projects

Requirements for Applying

・Experience in tool production using C++/Python/C#

・Ability to proactively isolate issues, make proposals, and find solutions

*New graduates are not required to meet the above qualification(s)

*If you are new to the industry, you do not have to meet all of the qualification(s), but please show us other qualities and/or abilities you may have instead.

Preferred but Not Required

・Experience in game development using C++ (does not have to be a game)

・Experience creating GUI tools such as node-based editors or level editors

・Experience developing plug-in tools for DCC tools such as Maya

・Excellent communication skills for working with other departments
