【Job Description】
As a Software Engineer, you will play a role in the development and implementation of Autoware and related software.

Example Of Your Responsibilities

• Conducting research and development of autonomous driving functions, working within teams focused on specific areas such as Planning/Control, Sensing/Perception, and Localization
• Developing, integrating, and evaluating new autonomous driving functions to meet the needs of our domestic and international customers
• Improving the Autoware development environment to enhance efficiency and performance

Requirements

• 1年以上の自動運転、自律走行システムやロボットの業務経験
• 1年以上のROSまたはROS 2を用いた開発業務経験
• 2年以上のLinux上でのソフトウェア開発業務経験
• 2年以上のC++またはPythonによる実装業務経験
• 自動運転、自律走行システムの特定領域における専門知識 もしくはビジネス会話レベルの日本語スキル( N2相当以上 )
• 品川オフィスに出社しての勤務が可能な方

Required Skills And Experience

• Over 1 year of work experience in autonomous driving, autonomous systems, or robotics
• Over 1 year of development experience using ROS or ROS 2
• Over 2 years of software development experience on Linux
• Over 2 years of implementation experience in C++ or Python
• Expertise in a specific domain of autonomous driving and self-driving systems, or proficiency in Japanese at a business conversational level

Preferred Experiences

• 英語での読み書き
• 自動運転、自律走行システムやロボットの開発経験
• 技術関連の大会出場経験(プロコン、ロボコン、つくばチャレンジ等)
• ソフト/ハードにまたがるシステムインテグレーションの経験
• OS、ミドルウェア、ロボット制御の開発経験
• チーム開発経験
• Autowareの理解
• 機械学習、制御工学、画像処理、点群処理、自己位置推定、経路計画及びその他自律移動システムの要素技術に関する知識、学位、研究経験
• ISO26262やそれに準ずる安全規格に関する知識
• CI/CDに関する知識

• Proficiency in reading and writing in English/Japanese
• Experience in the development of autonomous driving, autonomous systems, and any other robots
• Experience participating in technology-related competitions (such as programming contests, robot competitions, etc.)
• Experience in system integration across software and hardware
• Experience in OS, middleware, and robot control software development
• Experience in software development in a team
• Knowledge of Autoware
• Research experience or knowledge of machine learning, control engineering, image processing, point cloud processing, localization, path planning, and other technologies related to autonomous driving systems
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 or equivalent safety standards
• Knowledge of CI/CD

Working Conditions

Salary月額基本給 :377,700 円 ~ 1,259,400円 (固定残業手当を除く額)

固定残業手当:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として

122,300 円 ~ 407,600 円を支給(45時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)
