ティアフォーでは、より安全で安心な自動運転社会の実現に向けて、自動運転システムの導入・運用・開発のすべてをサポートする役割を担う、「Web.Auto」) を開発しています。
Web.Autoは主に以下のコンポーネントから構成されています。
配車管理(Fleet Management System)、OTA Update、遠隔監視、マップ管理等の機能を提供する運用関係のサービス群
自動運転機能の開発、評価・検証に使う、自動運転に特化したCI/CD Pipelineと、シミュレーターなどの開発ツール群
データ基盤や検索のためのツールと基盤
機械学習モデル開発支援Pipeline
認証認可基盤
契約管理基盤
ティアフォーのVision「自動運転の民主化」に向けて、これから更にプロダクト開発に力を入れていくにあたり、グローバルで利用される自動運転サービスを支える機能的で、かつ信頼性の高いシステムを構築し、ユーザーへの価値を一緒に提供していけるメンバーを募集しています。
【仕事内容】
経験豊富なバックエンドエンジニアとしてのスキルをベースに、担当チームの技術リーダーとして活躍していただきます。また、時にはチームの垣根を越えた動きが積極的に出来ることを期待しています。
Web.Auto内外のチームとのコミュニケーションや調整
アーキテクトと共同でチームの技術的方針の決定
ロードマップに向けたチームの開発・テスト・運用計画の策定と実施
上長をサポートしながら、チームのタスク作成や優先度付け、管理・実行
ジュニアメンバーのメンタリング
志望者のスキルや希望を加味した上で、Web.Autoを構成するいずれかのサービスのBackendデザイン、開発、テスト、運用に携わっていただきます。

自動運転車両の多様なデータを処理し、車の走行計画管理や遠隔地からの車両の操縦などを行えるシステムの開発
同時に大量のテストケースが実行され、その処理を安定的に捌き、スケールする基盤の開発
Edge/Cloudなど様々なコンピューティング環境において実行される自動運転システムの環境一致性に対するアプローチ
北米・欧州・中国など海外展開を見据えた、グローバル規模のシステムの開発と運用

Requirements
情報科学系、又は工学系の学士以上。或いは、それと同等以上の実務経験。
一般的なデータ構造やアルゴリズムの種類や特性に対する理解・経験
7年以上のクラウド環境でのBackend Engineerとしての開発・テスト・運用経験
製品開発のサイクルを最低一周経験していること
Python, Go, Javaなどのプログラミング言語での開発
AWS/GCP/Azure/Alibaba Cloud等のクラウドサービスを使った、スケーラブルなシステムの設計・開発・運用経験
マイクロサービスでの開発・テスト・運用経験
APIの設計経験
デザインドキュメントを書いた経験
一般的なソフトウェアテストの分類と知識
ビジネスレベルの英語での読み書きの能力
日常レベルの日本語力

Working Conditions
Salary想定月収 :33.3万円 ~ 166.7万円
月額基本給 :246,334 円 ~ 1,259,400円 (固定残業手当を除く額)
固定残業手当:時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 87,000 円 ~ 407,600 円を支給(45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給)
