【研究開発部門について】

オリンパスの研究開発部門は、これまで多くの先進的な製品を世の中に送り出してきました。

【職務内容】

(雇入れ直後 / Immediately after hiring)

今回採用する方には、グローバルPMOセンター・オブ・エクセレンス(CoE)のシニアメンバーとして、組織全体のプロジェクトマネジメント能力の向上と成熟度向上を推進していただきます。PMOリーダーやクロスファンクショナルなステークホルダーと連携しながらの活動がメインになります。

具体的には以下のような業務を担当します

・グローバルプロジェクトマネジメント標準、ツール、テンプレートの設計・導入・拡張を主導する

・PMOアカデミーのカリキュラム設計、運営、グローバル展開、認定制度の管理

・プロジェクトマネージャーやPMOリーダーへのコーチング/メンタリングの実施

・プロジェクト成熟度評価、パフォーマンス管理、改善計画の策定

・トレーニング、ワークショップ、ウェビナー等の企画・実施

・組織横断的なプロジェクトマネジメント文化の浸透とエクセレンス推進

・グローバルPMコミュニティの構築・運営、ナレッジ共有の促進

・シニアリーダーシップへの戦略的提言およびCoE施策の企画・実行支援

・継続的改善を推進し、プロジェクトデリバリー品質向上に関するガバナンスを強化

【About the Research & Development Division】

【Key Responsibilities】

As a senior member of the Global PMO Center of Excellence (CoE), this role will drive the enhancement and maturation of project management capabilities across the organization. You will work closely with PMO leaders and cross-functional stakeholders worldwide to embed excellence in project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

・Lead the development and scaling of global project management standards, tools, and templates

・Designing, operating, and globally deploying the PMO Academy curriculum, including certification governance

・Providing coaching and mentoring to project managers and PMO leaders

・Conducting project maturity assessments, performance management, and improvement planning

・Planning and delivering training programs, workshops, and webinars

・Promoting a culture of project management excellence across the organization

・Building and managing the global PM community and fostering knowledge sharing

・Providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership and supporting the planning and execution of CoE initiatives

・Strengthening governance to drive continuous improvement and enhance project delivery quality

《経験》

・プロジェクトマネジメント領域での実務経験10年以上(製品開発または技術系分野)

・医療機器など規制業界での実務経験5年以上

・Mural/Miroなどのコラボレーションプラットフォームの使用経験があること

・アジャイル/ハイブリッド型プロジェクトマネジメント経験

【Qualifications】

《Education》

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field

《Languages》

Japanese: Native level (Communication with domestic stakeholders is conducted in Japanese.)

English: Business level

《Required》

・10+ years of hands-on experience in project management (product development or technical domains)

・5+ years of experience in regulated industries such as medical devices

・Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project / Planner)

・Experience using collaboration platforms such as Mural and/or Miro

《Preferred》

・Knowledge of medical device regulations and standards

・Experience with Agile and/or hybrid project management methodologies

・Proven experience in project management education or academy operations

・Experience working within a Global PMO or Center of Excellence

・Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, or Agile certifications)

・Experience designing and delivering professional training or coaching programs

【Competency】

・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
