**Your Role
Senior Consultant (Senior Business Analyst) – Banking / Financial Services

Your Key Responsibilities**

• Infosys implements broad scope of IT services, automation and various tools and platforms in Banking and Financial Services domains. In the role as Senior Consultant, you will work to deliver the cutting-edge Infosys solutions and services to our customer in Japan and have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Eligibility

• Candidates who wish to work as Senior Business analyst or Business analysts in the Banking and Financial Industry and utilize their business knowledge, communication skills, and documentation skills and ability.
• Excellent ability to adapt to a new environment. Ability to break down ideas into details and work in cooperation with the onsite team (customer side) and offshore members (mainly in India)

• Bilingual (native-level Japanese and business English)

• Required Experience :

• At least 5 years of experience in IT business for banking/financial industry or at least 5 years of experience in financial industry.

• At least 2 years of experience in high level system development phase (business analysis, requirements definition) in banking/financial industry, or at least 5 years of banking operations experience.
• Knowledge and experience in payment operations related to overseas remittance in corporate banking domain will be a plus.

• Ability to build consensus between various stakeholders in a large and complex project will be a plus.

• Your Responsibilities :

• Participate in major global payment (SWIFT) transformation projects and other financial projects as a senior business analyst or business analyst.

• Engage in business analysis and requirements definition process with customers (business, IT users ), provide business analysis consultation in a global payment package implementation project in its various phases; from requirement through design to testing support phase.
• Assist customer to document their requirements using the support of global payment experts at Infosys.
• Act as an interface between customer and package vendor and support them in deciding the best solution based on requirements.

• Implement the project in collaboration with Infosys onsite team (bilingual BA/PM team) and offshore team (global payment package experts ) .

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 5 years of industry experience, or at least 2 years of high level system development phases – including business analysis and requirements definition in Banking and Financial services domain.
• Native level Japanese skill
• Business level English or higher.
• Strong customer communication and coordination capabilities.
• Strong understanding of various software development life cycle models and phases.

• 担当業務:

• シニアビジネスアナリスト、またはビジネスアナリストとして、大規模なグローバル決済( SWIFT )の変革プロジェクトやその他の金融プロジェクトに関与いただく。

• 顧客(業務、 IT ユーザー)との業務分析と要件定義に関わっていただき、グローバル決済パッケージの導入に要件~設計~テスト支援の様々な段階で業務分析のコンサルティング作業を実施する。
• インフォシスのグローバル決済エキスパートのサポートを受け、顧客の要件の文書化を支援する。
• 顧客とグローバル決済パッケージベンダーの間に立ち、各要件を基にしたソリューション決めを支援する。

• インフォシスのオンサイトチーム(バイリンガル BA / PM チーム)およびオフショアチーム(グローバル決済パッケージのエキスパート)と協力してプロジェクトを実行する。
