We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Consultant. Reporting to the Manager of the Sales and Marketing Department, this full-time and permanent position is based in Tokyo, Japan and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our North Asia market and its' growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact, contract closure, and client offboarding.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through business development initiatives.
- Assess client needs and present tailored service proposals.
- Collaborate with onboarding and service delivery team to ensure smooth client transitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
- Document internal team meeting notes.
Key requirements:
Essential:
- Native or fluent level Japanese
- Business level English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Skilled in multitasking, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable:
- Experience in B2B sales within professional or financial services
- Fluent in English
- Skilled in conducting market research and translating insights into actionable sales strategies.
Relevant experience:
- Essential: 5 + years of experience in sales or quota bearing position.
- Desirable: 5 + years of experience in Global B2B sales
Education/Professional Qualifications:
- Essential: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field
- Desirable: LinkedIn Sales Navigator Certification, SFDC experience
