We enable Bricksters, Customers, and Partners to identify, quantify, and accelerate business value outcomes from using Databricks. Business value is the foundation for Customer Success and Growth. This team streamlines the process from beginning to end. As an individual contributor, you will leverage leadership skills and experience.
The Impact:
- You will collaborate with Leadership to center sales-led customer engagements around Value creation and measurement.
- You will play a key role in pursuing key accounts, building win narratives, and account strategies.
- You will help win sales opportunities by directly engaging with sales teams and customers to build business cases and document impact.
- You will teach Business Value Consulting tenets to field Sales and Customer Success teams.
- You will work with Marketing to promote measurable Databricks impact through presentations, blogs, webinars, and whitepapers.
- You will develop reusable financial benefit analysis models for BVC practitioners and field teams.
- You will review and improve deliverables based on field experience and customer feedback.
- You will create new motions to promote further Databricks adoption and success.
- You will provide relevant field experience insights to partners in product management, marketing, engineering, and senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required; MBA a plus.
- 9+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or consulting, or working in IT;
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Value Consultant.
- Experience with big data, analytics, ML, and AI support for businesses.
- Consultative approach working externally with customers and internally.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent business case creation and analysis skills.
- Financial and business acumen.
- A thought-leader and evangelist.
- Japanese and English language abilities are required.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
