Job Purpose
Develop new businesses in mobile Device Lifecycle Solutions (DLS) with assigned clients, turning efforts into closure of new deals and achieving financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned clients ensuring alignment with overall goals and plans.
- Build deep relationships with top MNOs and partners, understand their strategies, identify areas Assurant can help and structure customized solutions.
- Own deal acquisition for assigned clients, collaborating with global teams to structure realistic feasible solutions.
- Lead project management for implementation of new deals, establishing collaboration across functions to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage P&L for assigned clients, providing regular performance and financial reporting.
- Carry out competitor analysis and report on competitive environment to increase sales.
- Develop and present strategic recommendations to leadership around growth, ecosystem initiatives and competitive dynamics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or relevant field.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English.
- 7+ years experience in developing new business schemes and selling customized solutions.
- Proven track record of business development by cultivating key client relationships and achieving strategic goals.
- Extensive experience in leading and managing projects.
- Strong business and financial acumen, keen understanding of market dynamics and deal structure.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
