Main Responsibilities

  • Conducting customer product recommendations and on-site inspections (PoC) in the hospitality industry to enhance customer experience.
  • Proposing methods to maximize robot efficiency and utilization, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Providing technical support and understanding customer needs throughout the sales process, driving business growth through effective solutions.
  • Supporting robot deployment, on-site technical assistance, maintenance and user training to ensure smooth adoption and operation.
  • Improving customer satisfaction by collecting feedback and proposing improvements, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Expanding relationships with existing partners and identifying and promoting new partnerships, driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations.
  • Planning partnerships by understanding specific commercialization aspects, benefits, and risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Developing business strategies and directions based on an understanding of Bear Robotics products and services, staying ahead of market trends.
  • Supporting management in decision-making on the continuation of partnerships, providing expert insights and recommendations.
