Talented Sales Engineer Sought for Growing APAC Team in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs from a technological standpoint.
• Analyze product capabilities and create customized quotes and solutions.
• Present and sell proposed technological solutions to customers as part of the sales process.
• Achieve quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications market and products.
• Experience designing carrier-grade communication networks.
• Mandatory knowledge of DWDM and ROADM networks.
• Design experience of IP/MPLS Packet Networks (Layer 3) is advantageous.
• Work experience with Cisco, Nokia, Infinera, Ciena, ZTE, Huawei, or system integrators is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency is mandatory.
• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• Exceptional presentation skills are required, including presentations to executives (CXO).

Must be eligible to work in Japan.

Estimated Salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥8,000,000 per year.
