We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can blend the responsibilities of Product Management, Research and Development (R&D), and Enterprise Architecture. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, capable of driving the development of innovative products while ensuring alignment with our enterprise architecture strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market needs.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new products or enhancements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.

- Prototyping: Oversee the development of prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new ideas and technologies.
- Technology Scouting: Identify and assess emerging technologies that can be leveraged to improve existing products or create new ones.
- Collaboration: Foster collaboration with academic institutions, industry experts, and technology partners to stay ahead of technological advancements.
- Architecture Strategy: Define and implement an enterprise architecture strategy that supports the company's product and business goals.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure products are scalable, secure, and aligned with architectural standards.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new products and features with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Governance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, with significant experience in R&D and enterprise architecture.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development, system architecture, and emerging technologies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from concept to launch.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
