TikTok広告を見てお問い合わせいただいたお客様に、
インターネット回線(光回線・Wi-Fiなど)のご案内をするお仕事です。
すでに興味を持ってご連絡いただいたお客様への対応なので、
こちらから無理に営業電話をかけることはありません。
完全反響型のお仕事のため、営業が初めての方でも安心してスタートできます。
お客様の「料金を安くしたい」「ネットを快適に使いたい」などのご希望を伺い、
ライフスタイルに合ったプランをご案内していきます。
難しい専門知識は不要で、会話を大切にしながら進められるお仕事です。
未経験の方も大歓迎。
入社後は研修制度が充実しており、
インターネットの基礎知識や案内の流れ、話し方まで丁寧にお教えします。
分からないことがあれば、先輩スタッフがすぐにフォローするので、
不安を感じることなく働ける環境です。
服装・髪型は自由で、
明るく和やかな雰囲気の職場なのも魅力のひとつ。
