- 募集人が使用する営業支援システムの企画・要件定義・保守
- システム開発申請に伴うビジネスケースの作成
- 各システムリリースに伴うコミュニケーションプラン検討と実行
- システムインシデントの状況把握・関係部門への報告・収束に向けた活動
- 競合他社システムや先進事例の情報収集
スキルと経験:
(必須)以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方
- 営業戦略、営業企画・推進部門での実務経験
- 業務改善にかかわる経験(生保が望ましいが、他業種でも可)
(あれば尚可)以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方
- システム企画・要件定義にかかわる業務経験
- システム開発経験(RPAやAccess・VBAなど)
言語:
- 日本語 : ネイティブレベル(日本語で各種コミュニケーションが取れるレベル)
- 英語 : ビジネスレベル
