1. 営業戦略および Go-to-Market の策定・実行

■必要な経験・スキル
【必須】
- IT業界における法人営業部門での実務経験(10年以上)
- 営業組織における複数チームのマネジメント経験(3年以上)
- 顧客エグゼクティブ層(CxO、本部長クラス)とのリレーションシップ/ネットワーキングを有していること
- 営業戦略策定および Go-to-Market を設計・実行する能力
(戦略立案に留まらず、現場に落とし込み成果につなげた実行力) - セールスイネーブルメントの設計および組織実装経験
(営業プロセス、手法、KPI、育成施策等を設計し、組織に定着させた経験) - 英語力
(※TOEIC700点推奨、読み書き必須、グローバルとの協業・調整が可能なレベル)
