肝臓領域は、今後GSK Japanの成長戦略の重要な柱として、新規肝疾患治療薬の上市を控え、変化する市場環境に柔軟に対応できる現場レベルでの強いリーダシップが求められます。営業所長は、担当エリアにおいて本薬剤の価値を最大限に伝え、患者さんのQOL向上に貢献するため、事業本部長のもと営業チームをリードする役割を担います。

具体的には、担当エリアの営業戦略・活動計画の策定と実行、担当エリアのEEなど社外ステークホルダーとの関係構築・価値訴求、デジタル/AIを活用した情報提供・活動の最適化の推進、市場・顧客からのフィードバックの共有、KPI・目標進捗の管理、課題抽出と改善策の実行は勿論、現場でのリスク・イシューの迅速なエスカレーションに加え、営業課長としてチームメンバーの育成・指導・コーチングなど多岐にわたる業務を通じて、営業チームをリードします。

主な責任

マーケティング戦略に沿った担当エリアの営業戦略・活動計画の策定と実行
新規肝疾患治療薬の上市準備・ローンチ活動の推進
医療従事者(特にEE)など社外ステークホルダーとの信頼関係構築・価値訴求
チームメンバーの育成・指導・コーチングによる営業力(パフォーマンス・ガバナンス)強化
チームメンバーのキャリア開発
デジタル/AIを活用した情報提供・活動の最適化の推進
市場・顧客からのフィードバックの共有
KPI・目標進捗の管理、課題抽出と改善策の実行
社内外のルール・コンプライアンス遵守およびリスク・イシューの迅速なエスカレーション
社内ステークホルダー(マーケティング、メディカル等)との連携・協働
投資インパクトを重要視した経費管理

必要な条件(Basic Qualification)

直近5年間における大学・大病院の営業また営業所長としての活動経験
営業所長としての経験
リージョンレベルのEE マネジメント経験
優れたコミュニケーション能力、提案力、問題解決能力、マネジメント・リーダーシップ能力
ガバナンスマインドセットの高さ
デジタル/AIを活用・推進する能力
過去の経験にとらわれず、最新のビジネス環境を柔軟に捉え、適応できる力
困難な状況であっても変化に迅速かつ柔軟に対応できる力
ビジネスニーズに応じて出張可能であること

望ましい条件(Preferred Qualification)

肝臓領域での営業経験
全国レベルのEE マネジメント経験
営業所長として7人以上のチームをマネジメントした経験
英語力向上への高い意識と必要性を持っていること
