【業務内容】
・担当顧客のセールスリーダーとして、チームの統括管理、チームメンバーの

管理、顧客調整を行い、お客様とのリレーション構築する

・顧客とのコミュニケーションの窓口となり、依頼内容を調整し確実な対応が

できるようにコントロールする

・重要・緊急対応発生時に、エスカレーションマネージメントとして、対応内

容の取りまとめ、およびお客様対応を行う

・トラステッドリーダーとして、効果的な顧客との関係の構築と維持をし、

顧客の満足するゴールへの実行責任を負う

【必要経験】

  • IT業界ハイタッチ営業経験5年以上
  • 中規模以上のプロジェクト受注経験

【必要なスキル・能力】

  • 顧客へのソリューション提案能力
  • 論理的思考、問題解決力
  • ステークホルダーマネジメント

【あると望ましい経験や知識、資格】

  • 製造業担当経験
  • 英語コミュニケーションのスキル
