A fast-growing renovation company serving property buyers across Tokyo and the greater metropolitan area is seeking a Renovation Sales & Project Management Professional.
The successful candidate will handle everything from proposal to project management for renovation projects, leveraging sales and bilingual communication skills to achieve high earnings and client satisfaction.
About the CompanyThey specialize in providing renovation services for clients who have recently purchased apartments or properties in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
Now in their 7th year, the company continues to grow rapidly — from ¥10 billion last year to an estimated ¥15 billion this year.
With an increasing number of foreign property buyers, they are looking for professionals who can communicate effectively in English or Chinese.

Compensation & Incentives
Incentive formula:
Contract value × Gross profit rate (~40%) × Commission rate (10–20%)
Monthly income examples:
6 months after joining: ¥400,000 (¥300,000 base + ¥100,000 commission)
1 year after joining: ¥900,000 (¥300,000 base + ¥600,000 commission)
Annual income example:
2nd year: ¥8,000,000
Top performers earn over ¥10M annually.
Responsibilities
Handle renovation inquiries (mainly referrals from partner real estate companies; 2–3 per day)
Conduct on-site inspections
Create and present renovation plans and cost estimates
Order materials, schedule craftsmen, and manage construction progress
Oversee final delivery and customer satisfaction
Foreign client cases are increasing rapidly, so English or Chinese communication skills are highly valued.
Requirements
Must-have
At least 1 year of sales experience or experience in a renovation/construction company
Business level of Japanese
Nice-to-have
Valid driver's license
English or Chinese communication skills

Holidays: 2 days off per week (Wed & Sun), national holidays, summer & New Year holidays

~20 hrs/month (40 hrs fixed overtime included)

現地調査・プランニング・見積作成
施工に必要な資材発注、職人手配、スケジュール管理
