・個人の販売計画の達成

・営業所の販売計画達成への貢献

・自身のテリトリーにおける市場分析/課題抽出/戦略の策定&実行

・オムニチャネル活動の実践

・顧客とのコミュニケーションによるエンゲージメントの向上

・ナレッジシェアによる組織貢献

要件
・営業経験3年以上

・オンコロジー(血液領域だと尚可)領域の営業経験がある

・KOL/AOLの所属する担当施設の経験や、スピーカー育成の経験がある

・医療従事者及び患者さんに貢献したいという強い意思と、その視点を持ち合わせている

・自ら考え、テリトリー分析/戦略立案/実行/振り返りを、積極的に、実践/継続ができる

スキル/資格
・基本的なビジネススキル(コミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、交渉力等)

・基本的なコンピュータ関連スキル: Word、Excel、PowerPoint

・運転免許証(原則)

・MR認定証(原則)

・現時点では不問だが、英語に対する学習意欲を有し研鑽できる人
