役割の目的:
本職は複数店舗の統括管理を担い、売上目標の達成を目指し、店舗チームをリードすることを主な役割とします。 現場の課題を捉え、改善策の検討・実行を推進し、店舗の運営およびサービスの向上を図ります。
主な役割と責任:
- 店舗担当(百貨店及びアウトレット、ZOZOTOWN)の業績目標を設定・管理し、売上目標の達成を推進します。
- 百貨店や商業施設との関係を構築・維持し、良好なビジネスパートナーシップを確立します。
- 定期的に店舗を訪問し、売上・KPIをモニタリングして改善の優先し、運営・サービス・プレゼンテーションの水準維持に努めます。
- KPIや業績レポートを分析し、課題に応じた具体的なアクションプランを策定・実行します。
- 店舗スタッフと協議かつ継続的なコミュニケーションを図り、モチベーションとチーム力の向上を推進します。
- トレーナーと連携し、店舗スタッフの育成・トレーニングを主導します。
- 市場やコミュニティの動向を把握し、新たなビジネスチャンスや顧客体験向上の機会を特定します(必要に応じてシークレットショッピングや現地調査を実施)
- 年間複数回のファミリーセールの企画運営
