【仕事内容】
Head of Retail Japanのもと、日本国内直営店舗(約15店舗)のリテールパフォーマンス最大化を担う。
全店舗の売上・KPI(売上、CVR、UPT、CRM、労務費等)管理および改善施策の立案・実行
Store Managerと連携したアクションプラン策定、進捗管理
百貨店および取引先とのリレーション構築、折衝サポート
日本市場および顧客動向の分析、HQへのマーケットフィードバック提供
ブランド基準、VMD、オペレーションポリシーの徹底
店舗とオフィス間のコミュニケーションハブとしての機能
Store Managerへのコーチング、パフォーマンスマネジメント支援
店舗採用における選考サポートおよびオンボーディング支援
【応募資格】
リテールマネジメント経験5年以上(ファッション/ラグジュアリー歓迎)
複数店舗の統括およびStore Managerマネジメント経験
データおよびKPI分析力
百貨店ビジネス経験(尚可)
日本語:流暢レベル、英語:ビジネスレベル
