営業本部紹介
コマーシャルブランディング&トランスポーテーション営業本部は、建築の内外装品、グラフィックス製品、標識・標示材、コマーシャルケア製品を取り扱う部門です。日本に技術拠点を構え、世界中の3Mと連携して新製品の研究・開発を進めています。多くの製品は日本の山形工場で製造・加工され、デザインチームも製品や販促活動に積極的に携わっています。
担当製品
3M ウインドウフィルム:この特殊フィルムは窓ガラスに貼ることで多様な機能を提供します。住宅、オフィスビル、商業施設などで広く使用され、快適性、エネルギー効率、安全性、美観などの利点をもたらします。これにより、市場の創造と拡大に貢献し、マーケットリーダーとしての地位を確立しています。
主な業務内容
日本国内における3M ウインドウフィルムのマーケティング活動
マーケティング戦略の立案と実行:市場のニーズや動向を分析し、戦略を自ら立案・実行します。
ブランド戦略の策定:ブランド価値を高めるための戦略を策定し、認知度の向上を図ります。
市場調査と競合分析:市場動向や競合他社の製品・戦略を分析し、競争力を維持する施策を立案・実行します。
新製品の市場導入に向けたプロモーション計画と実施:効果的なプロモーション計画を立案し、関係者と連携して実行します。
営業支援活動:営業部門と密に連携し、販促資料の準備やプレゼンテーションのサポートを通じてキーアカウント顧客への製品採用を支援します。
デジタルマーケティング戦略の推進:SEOやデジタルコンテンツ制作を通じてWebサイトや販促物を最適化し、ユーザーエクスペリエンスを向上させます。

必須条件:
最終学歴四大卒以上(専攻問わず)
ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル(読・書・聴・話)
英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力(読・書・聴・話)
マーケティング、もしくは技術営業/サポート経験10年以上
複数のファンクションを横断するプロジェクトマネジメント経験
歓迎条件:
新製品の市場導入経験
ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
