The role focuses on developing strong relationships with optical retailers and driving sustainable sales growth in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities
主な業務内容
Manage and grow a portfolio of optical retail accounts within the assigned territory.
担当エリアにおける眼鏡小売店のアカウント管理および取引拡大
Achieve sales targets in both volume and value through effective sales planning and execution.
数量・金額両面での売上目標達成に向けた営業活動の実行
Ensure premium brand presentation and visibility at retail level.
店舗におけるブランドイメージおよびディスプレイの最適化
Provide product training and ongoing education to retail partners.
取引先への製品トレーニングおよび継続的な商品知識の共有
Support customers to maximize commercial potential and long-term partnership.
顧客の販売力向上を支援し長期的なパートナーシップを構築
Collaborate closely with internal support functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
社内関連部署と連携し円滑な日常業務と高い顧客満足度を実現

Skills & Experience
求める経験・スキル
Experience in the optical industry or premium consumer goods sector.
眼鏡業界または高付加価値消費財業界での経験
B2B sales experience, preferably with technical or lifestyle products.
技術系またはライフスタイル製品におけるB2B営業経験
Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
高いコミュニケーション力と信頼関係構築力
Ability to work autonomously and manage ones own territory effectively.
自律的に行動し担当エリアを主体的に管理できる方
Business-level English communication skills preferred.
ビジネスレベルの英語力があれば尚可
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
