2021年11月より新たに立ち上げた部門となり、グローバルカンパニーの中で、新規事業立ち上げフェーズでの経験が出来ます。 

サポートサービスの販売およびインサイドセールスとしての経験を積み上げていただくことが出来ます。 

社内アカウント営業、業務をはじめグローバルの関係者とのコミュニケーションから、国内外でのネットワークを広げていただけます。 

 

[職務概要 Overview Description] 

- Aruba製品の保守更新を主に、保守サービス全般を担当するハイブリッドセールス 

担当アカウントの既存契約と更新時期を確認し、パイプラインの予測および活動プランを策定する。 

担当アカウントへの更新案内および、タイムリーに更新されるようフォローコールを行い、案件クロージングまでの実施 

主要アカウントとの関係構築および維持 

Salesforce CRMと必要なアプリケーションを活用し、担当領域の更新売上予測を毎週、毎月、四半期ごとに提供する。 

顧客満足度や更新への影響を妨げる顧客の懸念や障害を改善するために、社内関係部門と連携した対応の実施 

[必須要件 Mandatory qualification] 

- Salesforce、MS Excel、MS Word、MS PowerPointを使用した中級レベルの専門知識。 

- 個人またはチームの売上ノルマや目標の達成に成功したことがある方 

- 顧客との良好な関係を築きながら、テンポの速い環境の中で顧客と効果的にコミュニケーションをとることができる能力 

- 毎日、電話やメールで多くの顧客とのコンタクトを管理する。 

- お客様の期待に応えられるよう、社内外の関係者と効果的に提携し、強固なビジネス関係を構築すること 

- 顧客サービスを重視し、セルフスターターであり、学習能力が高く、チームプレーヤーであること。 

[歓迎する要件 Nice to have qualification] 

- 2年以上のインサイドセールスまたは更新業務no、フィールドセールス組織やチャネルパートナーのサポート、保守サポートの見積もり、クロージング(B2B技術業界であれば尚可)。 

[スキルと資格 Education and Skills] 

- 英語(日常会話レベル)  

- 学士または相当の知識と経験
