仕事内容:

【新規事業責任者・求人媒体】求人媒体の代理店事業をゼロから創るポジションです。マイナビ・dodaなど大手求人媒体との代理店契約の締結から、商品ラインナップや価格表、営業資料の整備、営業フローやKPI設計、競合分析・事業戦略策定、広告運用・原稿制作フローの整備まで、事業立ち上げの全工程に携わります。

営業・クライアント対応では、新規企業への求人広告提案営業や採用課題のヒアリング、媒体選定、企画提案、既存顧客のフォロー、効果分析・改善提案など幅広い業務を担当。さらに、営業・制作メンバーの採用やチームマネジメント、オペレーション構築、事業KPI管理・レポートなど、組織づくりにも深く関わります。
