【1→10フェーズの事業拡大に挑戦未経験向け求人サイト「みけジョブ」の成長を担う事業責任者を募集】

急成長中のベンチャー企業 Owen株式会社 で、未経験向け求人サイト「みけジョブ」の事業責任者として活躍しませんか?

あなたには、営業・マーケティング・運用改善など幅広い業務をお任せします。プレイヤーとして現場で動きながら、戦略設計や数字管理、チームづくりまで、事業拡大の中心メンバーとしてご活躍いただきます。

【具体的な業務内容】

・掲載企業への営業(新規開拓/既存フォロー)

・サイトの集客戦略立案・実行(SEO/SNS/広告の設計・運用管理)

・KPI設計・進捗管理(応募数/成約数/LTVなど)

・UI/UX改善提案(必要に応じて開発ディレクション)

・営業/マーケチームの組織設計、メンバー採用・育成

・新機能や新サービスの企画・要件定義

・経営陣との戦略ミーティング・レポーティング
