【Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutionsチーム】

既存フルフィルメントセンターの改造を通して、設備やレイアウトを最適化し、キャパシティ向上のためのオペレーションを構築します。パッケージの最適化、輸送コストの低減、在庫の最大化、ソリューションの標準化を推進し、カスタマーエクスペリエンスとサステナビリティの向上に貢献します。

【Amazon Logistics】

Amazon Logisticsチームでは、配送拠点で使われる搬送設備の設計から保守まで幅広く担当しています。具体的には、コンベヤなどの設備導入に向けた仕様策定や業者選定、現場への設置管理、そして稼働後の信頼性向上や課題解決を行っています。短期的な改修から長期的な標準化まで、配送ネットワーク全体の効率性を支える技術的な役割を果たしています。

【Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions Team】

Through the renovation of existing Fulfillment Centers, we optimize equipment and layouts to build operations that increase capacity. We drive package optimization, transportation cost reduction, inventory maximization, and solution standardization, contributing to enhanced customer experience and sustainability.

【Amazon Logistics Team】


The Amazon Logistics team is responsible for a wide range of tasks, from the design to maintenance of material handling equipment used at delivery stations.

Specifically, we handle specification development and vendor selection for equipment such as conveyors, on-site installation management, and post-operation reliability improvement and issue resolution.

We play a technical role in supporting the efficiency of the entire delivery network, from short-term modifications to long-term standardization.

Key job responsibilities

・新規FC、新規DSの立ち上げに参画し、設備立上げや維持の業務を標準化し設備稼働の安定化を実現する

・開業後のFCやDSで発生した設備トラブルについて原因や対策を他FC、DS及び設備メーカーへフィードバックする

・過去の設備情報を分析しコスト改善や工数低減のための新規技術を研究する

・部門技術者やメーカーと協力し技術導入の研究及び開発をサポートする

・Process design and construction management for renovation projects (quality control, safety management, cost management, schedule management, environmental management), commissioning and adjustment, troubleshooting, and handover to operations departments

・Introduction of technology related to new technology implementation in collaboration with relevant departments

・Technical meetings and negotiation support with vendors and suppliers

・Drawing creation and drawing management for all construction-related matters

About The Team

For this position, we seek individuals with the ability to explore and implement new technologies through continuous improvement (Kaizen).

You will develop knowledge and judgment related to manufacturing as an Industrial Engineer to establish technologies that can be deployed on-site.


This role offers a wealth of growth opportunities, especially for new graduates, including: development of specialized and general skills (building design, material handling equipment design, automation and robotics, data analysis, problem-solving abilities, etc.), experience managing large-scale projects, collaboration with engineers worldwide, and cultivation of business acumen through project planning and proposal development.

Basic Qualifications


専攻:
工学学科、建築学科、電気電子学科、またはそれらに関連する学科卒業予定

2027年卒業予定の方
ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力および英語力(ご提出書類にスコア等ございましたらご記載ください)

Major:
Expected to graduate from Engineering, Architecture, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related departments

Graduation Year:
Expected to graduate in 2027

Language Skills:
Business-level or higher proficiency in both Japanese and English (Please include test scores if available in your application documents)
