You'll have the opportunity to work on core operations that are vital to our company—conducting capacity planning, logistics optimization, network design, and operational efficiency analysis across the entire supply chain throughout Japan to deliver the right products to customers at the right time, while collaborating with stakeholders to build effective supply strategies.

Key job responsibilities

・ビジネス、オペレーション、プログラムマネジメント、プロダクト、ファイナンスなどの複数の部門と協業し、最適なサプライチェーンマネジメント戦略を検討

・現存システムの改善および新システム等の導入/実装し、自動化を推進して効率性を向上

・サプライチェーンコストの削減を推進し、在庫管理システムの継続的改善をサポートし、顧客の可用性を高めるためにシステムへのインプットを最適化

Collaborate with multiple departments including Business, Operations, Program Management, Product, and Finance to develop optimal supply chain management strategies
Improve existing systems and introduce/implement new systems to drive automation and enhance efficiency
Drive supply chain cost reduction, support continuous improvement of inventory management systems, and optimize inputs to systems to increase customer availability

Basic Qualifications

2027年に新卒社員としてご入社可能な大卒以上の方
ビジネスレベル以上の日本語および英語スキルを持ち合わせている方
Candidates who can join as new graduate employees in 2027 with a bachelor's degree or higher
Candidates who possess business-level or higher proficiency in both Japanese and English
