Our client, a company in the consumer and construction industry, is seeking a Retail Sales Head to lead their sales strategy and drive market penetration.
This role offers the opportunity to establish and expand a retail business from the ground up, eventually developing a high-performing sales team.
The position provides a chance to work closely with retail partners and engage end users to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

応募資格 / Qualifications:
- 小売販売管理の実績
- ホームセンター(DIY)ビジネスでの強力なネットワーク
- 5年以上のクロスファンクショナルチームの管理経験
- 多国籍企業での経験
- B2B2C販売モデルの経験
- デジタルツールの使用に精通し、eコマースの理解があること
