エンジニア約28名が在籍するSES事業において、
既存顧客に加え 上流レイヤー(元請け・準元請け)との新規取引拡大 を目指すため、
即戦力として動ける営業プロフェッショナルを募集します。
本ポジションでは、
新規開拓・深耕営業・BP開拓・ナレッジ構築 など、営業領域全般をリードしていただきます。
具体的な業務内容
- SES領域の新規顧客開拓(元請け・準元請けの開拓強化)
- 既存顧客への深耕営業
- BP/パートナー企業とのリレーション構築
- 社内の採用担当・エンジニア配置担当との連携
- 営業ナレッジの共有、簡易的な仕組み化
