We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to help grow our Paid Services programs, and people management for direct member (Merchant consultant). Our flagship product is the Marketplace Growth service.
The Team Lead will work with a group of Selling Partners as part of this service, to help them grow their business on Amazon's JP Marketplace. This includes offering support on launching new programs, exploring Amazon's marketing tools, advising on account strategy and selection listing. Your work will be supported by a Selling Partner Support Service, to help address operational and technical issues.
This is an opportunity to shape a key new growth program in Amazon's JP marketplace. Given the early stage of the AMPS program you will also be responsible for developing processes, tools and content for this new service.
As a Team Lead, you will be a key part of developing our portfolio of Paid Services solutions alongside cross functional teams and colleagues in the US, EU, and China. The ideal candidate will be comfortable influencing senior external stakeholders, strong sales skills, a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth and be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment given the early stage of the AMPS program.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of mentoring, leading and coaching experience
