業務内容

セールス

法人顧客の開拓、課題抽出~提案、アフターフォロー/CRMまで一貫して関わるフィールドセールスが主となります。

経営者との接点が多く、対人スキルはもちろんのこと、財務分析、企画提案、レポーティング/プロジェクト管理など、総合的な力が試されます。

その他にもインサイドセールス、パートナーセールスなど多岐にわたる部署があります。

コンサルタント

適正賃料の診断、クライアント企業および各店舗の分析、アプローチシナリオの設計、プロジェクト管理など、

クライアント側担当者と協働しながら、ハンズオンで実行支援を担うプロフェッショナル組織です。

不動産や法務の基礎知識に加え、商圏データを読む力、何よりもステークホルダーとの折衝力を必要とします。

いずれのポジションも入社後に座学とOJTによって育成する仕組みがあり、業界や業務知識を前提にはしておりませんのでご安心ください。

人材や営業コンサルティング、金融など、現在、多くの異業界出身者が活躍しています。

必須要件

大卒以上

以下(1)~(4)のいずれかをご経験されている方

(1)営業経験(法人/個人・新規/既存問わず)

(2)コンサルタント経験者

(3)プロパティマネジメントや?地活?など、不動産領域でBtoBの業務経験がある?

(4)チェーン店の店舗開発、?社物件の開発や管理などのご経験

(5)店長やSVのご経験

重視しているのは、基礎能力としての「交渉・折衝能力」や「コミュニケーションスキル」と、新しいことを積極的に学んでいく意欲と他者からのフィードバックを受け入れる柔軟性といったヒューマンスキルです。サービス業に貢献したいという方はぜひご応募ください。
