We (Japan Corporate Advisory Institute – JCAI) are seeking
experienced M&A professionals
to join our expanding Cross-Border M&A team in Tokyo.

JCAI is a boutique advisory firm specializing in both domestic and international M&A transactions.

We are now looking for new members who bring strong experience in
IBD/DCM/ECM, or M&A advisory
roles.

国内外のM&Aを手がけるJCAIでは、クロスボーダーM&A部門の拡大に伴い、

金融機関・コンサルティング会社でのM&Aアドバイザリー、または投資銀行業務経験をお持ちの方
を募集しています。

• Manager / マネージャー

Job Description / 主な業務内容:

You will lead M&A transactions from origination to closing — including:

M&A案件のオリジネーションからクロージングまで一貫して担当いただきます。


• Market analysis / アービトラージの存在が想定される市場の分析


• Investor and deal origination / 具体的事案発掘・提案


• Client engagement / 顧客折衝


• Valuation / バリュエーション


• Due diligence support / デューデリジェンス支援


• Negotiations / 交渉支援


• Documentations / 契約支援

What We're Looking For / 応募要件:

Manager / マネージャー

Must-Haves / 必須條件:

  • 3+ years of experience in
    M&A advisory
    at a financial institution or consulting firm,
    OR

Over 3 years of experience in
Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets (DCM), and Equity Capital Markets (ECM)

at an international investment bank.

(金融機関またはコンサルティング会社でのM&Aアドバイザリー経験が3年以上、もしくは
海外金融機関における投資銀行部門/デット・キャピタル・マーケット(DCM)/エクイティ・キャピタル・マーケット(ECM)の業務経験が3年以上)

  • Business-level English and Japanese communication skills

(英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベルの方)

  • Strong ownership and teamwork mindset

(主体的に業務を推進し、チームで成果を出せる方)

Nice-to-Haves / 歓迎條件:

  • Experience in
    cross-border transactions
    (クロスボーダー取引の経験)
  • CPA / USCPA / CFA qualification (公認会計士、米国公認会計士、CFA資格保持者)
