仕事内容:
Experience & Resources: Minimum 8 years of experience in international buying, cross-border merchandising, or global procurement. Must possess verified first-hand sourcing resources and a track record of successful product selection cases in either the Japanese or Italian market, or both.
Market Insight: Deep understanding and sharp business acumen regarding consumer preferences, retail ecosystems, and category trends in either the Japanese market (e.g., cosmetics, trendy toys, designer homeware) or the Italian market (e.g., fashion, food, design), or both.
Commercial & Data Acumen: Strong commercial sensitivity and data analysis skills. Proficient in using data tools to drive merchandising decisions, with independent experience in sales forecasting, cost accounting, and profitability analysis.
Resources & Communication: Possess a solid network of overseas suppliers. Demonstrated excellence in business negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and maintaining strategic partnerships. Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Japanese or Italian is preferred.
Personal Attributes: Passionate about the consumer retail industry, curious about trends, and adaptable to frequent international travel. Must possess strong self-motivation, resilience, a results-oriented mindset, and excellent aesthetic taste.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience working for leading cross-border e-commerce platforms, brand globalization companies, or international supply chain firms.
Deep practical experience or unique insights in areas such as sustainable consumption or niche brand incubation.
