Job Description / 主な業務内容:

You will lead M&A transactions from origination to closing — including:

M&A案件のオリジネーションからクロージングまで一貫して担当いただきます。


• Market analysis / アービトラージの存在が想定される市場の分析


• Investor and deal origination / 具体的事案発掘・提案


• Client engagement / 顧客折衝


• Valuation / バリュエーション


• Due diligence support / デューデリジェンス支援


• Negotiations / 交渉支援


• Documentations / 契約支援

What We're Looking For / 応募要件:

Manager / マネージャー

Must-Haves / 必須條件:


• 3+ years as project lead in M&A (domestic or cross-border), or equivalent experience

(M&Aファーム、金融機関、事業会社等でのM&Aプロジェクトマネジメントのご経験3年以上、またはそれに準ずるご経験(国内外不問))


• Proficiency in English and Chinese, especially Traditional Chinese in business writing, as well as intermediate level Japanese

(ビジネスレベルの英語並びに中國語、特に繁体字でのビジネスライティング、加えて中級レベルの日本語力)


• Strong project ownership and team working skills

( 主体的に業務を推進でき、チームで成果を出せる方)

Nice-to-Haves / 歓迎條件:


• Cross-border M&A experience / クロスボーダーM&Aのご経験


• CPA, USCPA, CFA / 会計士(補)、米国公認會計士、CFA


• Experience in finance or general trading house / 金融関係、又は総合商社でのご経験


• Strength or strong interest in some specific industry / 強みとしてきた、又は高い興味を持って学びを継続してきた特定の産業領域の存在

Analyst / アナリスト

Must-Haves / 必須條件:


• Interest in Japanese economy and cross-border M&A

(日本経済とクロスボーダーM&Aへの興味)


• Proficiency in Chinese, especially Traditional Chinese in business writing, advanced English, as well as Japanese conversation skill

(ビジネスレベルの中国語、特に繁体字でのビジネスライティング、及び上級レベルの英語、加えて日本語での会話能力)


• Strong base knowledge of finance and accounting (Preferred: CPA, CFA, USCPA, securities analyst, or equivalent)

(公認会計士、証券アナリスト、USCPA、CFA、またはこれに準ずる財務会計知識)


• Capability or competence to leverage various AI tools and data sources, to manage tasks efficiently and proactively

• Base salary + up to 15% commission on the generated revenue of the consultant
