2.事業概要
forestは、 M&Aを通じて日本全国のモノづくりブランドを承継し、成長を実現するスタートアップ です。
2021年の創業以来、 20件以上のブランド承継や立上げを実施 してきました。
ブランドの"本質的な魅力"を活かしながら、 商品企画・EC運営・物流・マーケティング・顧客対応まで一気通貫の体制で自社事業としてブランドの価値を最大化 する点がforestの強みです。 (この点で、支援者として関与するECコンサル企業や、投資のみ行い短期Exit前提のPEファンドとはビジネスモデルが異なります。)
また、日本の優れた伝統工芸品を海外へ発信する自社運営の越境ECストア「omakase」や、燕三条の金物をUS Amazonを通じて販売するなど、 日本発のモノづくりブランドの海外展開 を積極的に行っています。

3.会社の成長性

上記の日本の構造的な社会課題(メガトレンド)を背景に、forestのモノづくり×EC×M&Aをテーマとしたビジネスモデルに対して今後一層の成長が期待されています。
2024年に 黒字転換を果たし、直近では前年比約2倍の売上成長を達成 しました。
2025年10月にはシリーズBラウンドを行い、 累計総額90億円規模の資金調達を実施済み です。
これにより、越境EC基盤、物流拠点、テクノロジー活用、人材への投資を加速させ、さらに高い成長角度で事業を拡大する計画です。
日本経済新聞社による 「NEXTユニコーン企業」にも選出 されるなど高い成長性を評価いただいており、 1~数年以内のIPOを視野に経営管理体制も強化中 です。
また、主要株主には東京大学エッジキャピタル(UTEC)、住友商事系CVC、NORDSTAR、Headline Asia、DBJキャピタル、ウェルスアセットなど、国内外の投資家が名を連ねています。
直近のシリーズBラウンドでは新たに電通・博報堂・三菱地所のCVCも株主として参画いただき、より大規模なビジネス展開が可能な体制を築いています。

Specific Job Responsibilities
【Cross-Border E-Commerce Operations for Western Markets】
◯Managing and operating SNS accounts (mainly Instagram), including content creation and posting schedules.
◯Product registration and page creation on e-commerce mall (Amazon) and our own Stores (Shopify).
◯Marketing on EC mall, & our own online store, including advertising/sales campaigns tailored to the target markets.
◯Setting up new accounts and stores on new e-commerce platforms.
◯Directing customer service and order processing operations.
You will support these tasks under the guidance of the cross-border e-commerce operation team.
Skills You Will Develop

How We Work
◯Collaborate with overseas business unit's cross-border operation staff.

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are proactive, curious, and passionate about digital content and social media, with great attention to detail. Ideal candidates excel at working independently while also being open to feedback and collaboration.
【Required Skills】
◆Understanding of major SNS platforms (especially Instagram), including trends and basic engagement knowledge.
◆ Business-level English proficiency.
【Preferred Skills】
・Creativity and visual sense.
・Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Accuracy in product page descriptions and social media posts, with the ability to align with the brand's voice. Organizational skills to manage content schedules and track both published and upcoming posts.
・Adaptability and eagerness to learn
・Basic design skills
Using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
Experience in short video editing with tools like CapCut is a plus.
・Interest in Japanese culture and stationery.
・Japanese proficiency at N1 level or higher.
Priority will be given to applicants who can work 3 days a week for at least 4 hours each day and commit to at least one year.
