ポジションのミッション(共通)

  • Ci FLAVORSグループ(ヘアケア、スキンケア、ライフスタイル等)の海外売上を伸長させ、国際展開を推進する。
  • 各市場において新規ビジネスを創出しつつ、既存販売チャネルを拡大・強化する。
  • 顧客満足度を高め、売上・利益目標を達成する。

個別役割

  • Unit Sales Manager / Sales Senior Executive(中東・EU出身メンバー)直下での営業オペレーション支援
  • 見積、受発注、出荷関連、資料作成、社内調整など、案件推進に必要な実務をリード
  • 海外代理店および社内各部門と、英語で円滑に連携しながらプロジェクトを前に進める

個別要件

  • 年収:400万円~700万円(総報酬)
  • 英語:中上級(TOEFL iBT 75+ / IELTS 6.0+ 相当)
  • 日本語:N1(Speaking/Writing、Listening/Readingともに流暢)

Mission (Role Purpose)

Grow international sales across the Ci FLAVORS Group (hair care, skincare, lifestyle, etc.) and drive global market expansion.

Create new business opportunities while scaling and strengthening existing channels in each market.

Enhance customer satisfaction and deliver sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on sales operations support directly reporting to the Unit Sales Manager / Sales Senior Executive (leaders from the Middle East and the EU).

Execute day-to-day operations including quotations, order processing, shipment coordination, document preparation, and internal alignment.

Drive projects through English communication with distributors and cross-functional internal teams (e.g., SCM, finance, marketing, regulatory, customer service).

Requirements

Total Compensation: JPY 4,000,000–7,000,000

English: Advanced (equivalent to TOEFL iBT 75+ / IELTS 6.0+)

Japanese: JLPT N1 (fluent in speaking/writing and listening/reading)

Qualifications

Strong alignment with Ci FLAVORS' vision and mission.

High motivation to expand Japanese brands globally; flexibility in a multicultural environment.

Experience in cosmetics and/or FMCG industries.

Strong compliance mindset and close attention to detail.

Experience working with overseas distributors and/or understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is a plus.

Bachelor's degree or above.

Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally (experience in multinational companies is a plus).

Probation Period: 6 months
