You will manage customer relationships and a portfolio by providing Maersk's solutions for Japanese retail customers and non-Japan based retailers doing business in Japan.
Grow our business in this fast-paced, diversified environment, interacting with talents and experts globally and contributing to customers' successes by bringing integrator value to their supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customers and budget, pursuing business in line with objectives.
- Probe and identify customer needs, provide solutions.
- Build a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base.
- Communicate significant trends, rate changes, and policies to assigned accounts.
- Identify and establish business contacts with potential customers.
- Research and analyze industry trends and competition.
- Ensure CRM tools are updated on time with excellent quality.
- Be a good team member, share, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

- Working experience in an international business environment.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, tolerant to pressure, and open-minded for changes and diversity.
- Fluent communication skills in written and spoken Japanese and English.
