Responsibilities:
- Build and manage MCF direct sales team.
- Create sales motions and mechanisms, integrate with global MCF mechanisms.
- Identify and close opportunities directly, engage Qualified Leads through funnel.
- Surface "voice of the MCF customer" in Japan to partner teams.
- Integrate customer onboarding in Japan with MCF processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years enterprise sales experience.
- Experience building/managing sales teams.
- Complex agreement structuring and negotiation, cross-functional group leadership.
- Consistent sales objectives exceeding.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Business fluency in English and Japanese.
- Ability to work with all levels of a Seller's organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Influencing multiple stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
- Selling nascent products/services into new markets.
- Retail e-commerce or supply chain experience within multiple retail verticals.
