Job Summary: Build a team to develop and manage high-value sales pipeline, progress through negotiations, and leverage Amazon's supply chain to deliver best-in-class services to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage MCF direct sales team.
  • Create sales motions and mechanisms, integrate with global MCF mechanisms.
  • Identify and close opportunities directly, engage Qualified Leads through funnel.
  • Surface "voice of the MCF customer" in Japan to partner teams.
  • Integrate customer onboarding in Japan with MCF processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience building/managing sales teams.
  • Complex agreement structuring and negotiation, cross-functional group leadership.
  • Consistent sales objectives exceeding.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Business fluency in English and Japanese.
  • Ability to work with all levels of a Seller's organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Influencing multiple stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
  • Selling nascent products/services into new markets.
  • Retail e-commerce or supply chain experience within multiple retail verticals.
