The Position:
Managers assigned customers and budget base; pursue and secure business in line with the company's objectives.
- Identify opportunities throughout the end-to-end process.
- Action and develop sales leads to drive growth.
- Responsible for pipeline growth and management, meeting both individual and team targets.
- Focused selling of key products in target areas.
- Participate in evaluating and developing projects and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate project and pipeline planning with relevant functions.
- Provide local industry information and analysis to customers and senior management.
- Maintain market awareness regarding market developments, supply/demand, pricing, competition, etc.
- Own and drive the development of solutions to customer business opportunities and tender requirements.
- Support development of business opportunities with sales peers.
- Ensure customer relationship management tools are updated on time and of excellent quality.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of logistics experience and expertise.
- Proven success in developing and winning new customer business.
- Key stakeholder engagement skills across multiple levels of customer organizations.
- Previous experience working within a fast and dynamic Sales, Marketing, or Product role.
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
- Capability to develop new business with new customers.
- Ability to canvas the market and develop a win strategy to deliver results.
- Strategic & consultative partnering with customers.
- Problem-solving skills.
