Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership among facilities subject areas such as Electrical, Mechanical, UPW/Wastewater, Gas, Chemical, I&C, CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) and BIM to prepare robust design for construction project from technical and cost point of views.
- Provide support to engineers work in facilities design.
- Manage overall design steps and schedule from design start to 100% completion.
- Ensure designs align with Global Standard, codes, and regulations.
- Provide technical support, leadership, and expertise to Site Facilities & Manufacturing team.
- Collaborate with internal partners and collaborators.
- Support sites with problem analysis using standard tools and methodologies.
- Benchmark within and external to Micron sites on Engineering Best Practices and BKM of Facilities buildings and systems.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Global Standards, codes, and regulations.
Demonstrate EHS ownership:
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance.
- Demonstrate awareness of local permit policies, etc.
