- Work with Micron's global network to improve Device performance and meet product yield and quality requirements.
- Optimize process steps, reduce device variability, and improve device engineering business process and working methodology.
- Focus on DRAM, but may expand to NAND as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with relevant working experience required; Master's or degree in Physics or Engineering areas preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fab process or process integration or test engineering; CMOS or memory device engineering experience strongly preferred.
- Solid background in semiconductor physics, including transistor operations, scaling limitations, and reliability.
- Deep understanding of one fabrication process area, including process mechanism, tuning knobs, and tool sets.
- Excellent data analysis skills using JMP, SPOTFIRE, or Y3 software.
- Strong job ownership, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to learn semiconductor devices and adapt to new working styles.
- Fluent English communication skills; working-level Mandarin Chinese or Japanese skills preferred.
- Good computer skills, including MS Office; Python programming experience a plus.
